Missing them already!

Dustin and Tesa(And of course Jackie and the twins!) moved to Colorado Wednesday. We are very sad around here...it's amazing how many fun memories we've had in the time we were neighbors. They are best buds for sure!
We are very thankful for the great friendship!

Ash Wednesday

We had a nice Ash Wednesday service at church. The girls were so excited to get the cross on their foreheads!
I remember when I was little that I always loved that service because I felt like I belonged to the "big Church." It was the first time I remember feeling like a real Christian!

I still love the connection it makes, and the reminder that we should deny ourselves during lent to intensify our relationship with Christ!

Girls Night Out number 1

Our neighborhood gals had a girls night out in honor of Jackie...I really wish she wan't moving! We had a great meal and fellowship together!

A True First Grader...Almost!

Kathryn finally pulled her top tooth out this morning. The toothless smile is one of my favorite things about teaching first grade. I think it's so cute! And so characteristic of the six year old child turning 7! Now...when will the other loose one fall out?
